For what we paid, the room was good value, and check-in was quick and easy. We were welcomed by the cutest dog, too. The heavy perfume smell was rough for me because I have allergies, though my husband liked it. I also wished there had been a thicker blanket and more pillows.

Please think about what guests actually need for a comfortable stay. Five Marilyn Monroe paintings in one room feels like too much. People come to stay comfortably, not to admire the artwork. A bit of common sense would help.

The room was large, clean, and comfortable, and the price felt fair. The front desk staff were friendly, and the driver was pleasant too. A shuttle is available. I couldn't find anything to fault and would stay again when I'm in Malpensa.

Bianca at B&B Hotel Malpensa Lago Maggiore 3* made my stay wonderful. She was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Her care made everything run smoothly and feel enjoyable. I really appreciated how professional and genuinely helpful she was. That kind of service is rare. Bianca's hospitality is reason enough for me to come back, and I'd highly recommend the hotel.

We missed having eggs and a few more vegetables at breakfast, though the sweets were plentiful and everything else was good quality. There was also a children's play area near the breakfast room. Our room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom clean and a good size. Shower gel and shampoo were provided. The reception area was nicely furnished, and we could buy ready-made food and drinks to take away. Staff were very helpful, including when we needed to arrange a taxi. They also made it possible for us to collect the room key after a late arrival.
