Domenico was friendly and easy to reach with any questions, and we’d happily recommend staying here to friends. Vernazza is still walkable via a well-equipped hiking trail, but the house feels far removed from its crowds. It sits high among beautiful mountains, with a terrace looking out over the sea, historic churches, and the surrounding landscape. There’s even a private spring with fresh mountain water. A lovely place to slow down and relax, and we’d gladly return.

I really liked this quiet, private place in the hills above Vernazza, and I’d come back. The view is gorgeous, and the place is well furnished with all the amenities. It’s about an hour on foot to the village. Be aware that it isn’t accessible by car, and the final 150 meters are along a path through the woods. Phone reception is poor to nonexistent, though there’s Wi-Fi.

You’re surrounded by nature here, and the terrace is a great place to sit and take in the stunning view. The apartment is on a quiet hillside and has a small kitchen with everything you need, including a dishwasher. Domenico, the host, is really kind and happy to help with any information. I’d definitely recommend it.

Domenico made our stay extra special. He was kind and helpful, and always ready with suggestions for local restaurants and things to do. My wife, our dog Potty, and I had an unforgettable time at LA QUIETE ACCESA. The place is tucked among lush woodland, with incredible views, and it’s a lovely escape from everyday bustle.
