The resort is old and everything feels worn out. Its location is nice, though, in a pine forest and within walking distance of the sea.

Our room price included use of the private beach next door, and the residence is surrounded by greenery. It's not a new place, but it is clean and well cared for. The staff were very kind and helpful. I especially want to praise MARIANGELA, the manager, for her skill, professionalism, and willingness to help. She sorted out every problem we brought to her.

The restaurant was the one bright spot, with welcoming staff, plenty of food choices, and people attentive to every request. As a residence, though, this place is worth less than zero. It's run-down and neglected, and the apartments have no air conditioning in the bedrooms. If something breaks or goes wrong after 11 pm, there's no way to contact reception and nobody there to help. A terrible experience. I absolutely do not recommend it.

We were pleasantly surprised not to find mosquitoes or other insects. The pine forest and beach are only a few steps from the house, even if the beach isn't among Salento's prettiest. Our apartment was tastefully furnished and had the latest comforts, including an induction stove, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. The rooms were clean, and the place was pleasant and relaxing. Definitely deserves five stars.

There's no real service or amenities, and the building is poorly managed. It's old and dilapidated.
