We stayed from January 14 to 17, and Luca took care of everything. He’s very organized and helpful, and such a good person. When we arrived, he gave us all the details and recommendations he could, along with a map marking the main sights and flyers about other offers and things to do. There were always two bottles of water and some coffee in our room, free of charge. The room and bathroom were small and quiet, but that was fine since we didn’t spend much time there. Luca welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home. We still feel like Verona is home to us! The river is nearby and the view is great. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the center, and we enjoyed the scenery on the way. I’d absolutely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Verona. Thanks for everything!

The balcony looks out over the garden, and the apartment is close to the city center. The bathroom is really tiny, though, and its glass door makes this place better suited to one night for a couple.

The apartment is roomy and very clean, and the landlord was friendly. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the city’s main attractions. Highly recommended. Photos of the city...

We arrived to find a dirty room, with a grimy floor and wall. The bed smelled, the shower leaked, and the WiFi wouldn’t connect. When I complained, the owner said the connection was fine, but I couldn’t open even one website. I asked for another room and was told they were full. I asked for a refund, but he still hasn’t answered the phone. I couldn’t stay there with my boyfriend, so we found another apartment. This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed, and I travel a lot. For that price, excuse me, but never again. I lost 300, and I hope the owner enjoys it, because that’s not right.
