Velezia was incredibly kind and flexible, and replied to every question right away. I was staying with my dog while my partner was in hospital, so her warmth meant a lot. The self check-in was simple, and the apartment was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It's outside the crowds, about a gentle 20-minute walk to the center, with some nice restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

The location was good, and once we got inside, the apartment turned out to be nice. Getting in wasn't completely straightforward if you're not used to self check-in, and there was no host there. We stayed for a music event. One bedroom was fairly spacious and the other was small. There was one bathroom for three rooms, with no soap. For breakfast, we found a carafe of water, two cappuccino-flavored instant snacks, four tea bags, glasses, and two mugs.

The owner is lovely and quick to reply, and we had a great stay. Our room and the shared kitchen were both cozy and very clean. There's a great pastry shop close by, parking downstairs, and it's a 20-minute walk to the arena through a quiet neighborhood. I'll be back!

We came to Venice because my brother is in hospital, and this apartment is directly across the street from it. Velezia was so kind and helpful, and the place itself was spotless, with a lovely, newly done room. The area is pleasant, with tobacconists, pharmacies, supermarkets, and other amenities close by. The self check-in system was elegant, secure, and easy to use. We'll be back for my brother's next check-ups. Thank you for everything ❤️

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big bed and a spotless bathroom. It was quiet, and you could smell how clean everything was as soon as we walked in. I really appreciated the tray of coffee pods and herbal teas. The shared kitchen is large and convenient, with a microwave, two coffee makers, an electric stove, and a refrigerator, but no full stove. There's an elevator, and the online check-in makes the entrance very easy. Valezia was a wonderful host, very kind and great at communicating. The area near Borgo Trento Hospital is quiet and family-friendly. Aldi is 16 minutes away, and we walked to the city center. Bus 95 from Verona train station takes 15-20 minutes and stops almost right at the apartment. I'd happily stay at Valezia's again and recommend it.
