The horses and riders are put at ease by the knowledgeable, passionate owner and staff. This is a beautiful riding school in the hills, with great treks nearby and farther afield. The prices are very affordable, and I came away wanting to do it again. If horses are companions on your travels rather than just transport, this place is for you.

Maddalena treated us to local wine, their own olive oil, and tastes of honey and biscuits, while lunch was a generous, authentic spread of local products with a view over the Veronese hills. It was a lovely finish to our bachelorette party in the middle of nature. Earlier, Ivan and his family had welcomed us so attentively and taken us on a horseback ride through the woods after showing us how to groom the horses. They were all well-behaved and well-trained. Their natural warmth made the whole experience feel perfect. Highly recommended, and many compliments again!

At sunset, the Apennines were softly outlined on the horizon, with a little paradise looking out over Verona. I rode magnificent horses along fairytale trails with friends and the riding stable staff. Thank you.

They teach you how to handle horses both on the ground and in the saddle, using the Parelli method. It’s a beautiful riding school, with walks offering views of the city and the woods.
