B&B La Magia Dei Sogni

Both confirmed stays at B&B La Magia dei Sogni Relais were canceled on the day we were due to arrive, while I was already traveling with my child. I had booked and paid several days earlier through Booking.com, and the day before departure the hotel began messaging me about a pricing error they said was caused by their management. Booking.com later called it a “booking discrepancy,” but that doesn’t change what happened. Canceling prepaid reservations at the last minute left us with stress, inconvenience, and extra costs. I can’t trust a hotel that handles guests this way. It felt highly unprofessional and unacceptable, and travelers should know how unreliable this was. Booking numbers: 5182050140 and 5177641271.

The family who welcomed me were warm and caring, and the place had a real homey feel. That personal attention made my stay better. I’d gladly recommend it to anyone after a friendly place that feels like home.

We were on a long European road trip and really needed a good stay. The hosts were attentive and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and nothing we asked for seemed like too much trouble. The decor looks amazing, every room smells lovely, and the place has everything you could need. Our room even had a massage bed, though I can’t speak for the others. It’s dog friendly too. Thanks for such a wonderful stay. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough, they should have a super stay option!

The leisure area looked beautiful, though I didn’t use it, and the breakfast was just okay. What made the stay so stressful was walking alone along a dangerous road that wasn’t mentioned in the description, then finding a room that didn’t match the advertised one. The shower was cold and had low pressure, and noise continued all night. I felt unsafe and so frustrated that I left early. It turned what should have been a relaxing stay into a disappointing experience.
