I wouldn't trust this guy. He asks you to send a photo of your ID and insists on cash when you arrive, even if you've already paid. Then he tries to get more money once you can no longer cancel. Book it if you want, but you'll see for yourself.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning, bottled water, a fridge, and a private bathroom stocked with shower gel and shampoo. The host also marked places to visit and avoid on a map for us. The guest house is right by Verona's old arena, so the location is very central. We heard concert noise on the first night, though it wasn't a big issue. There was no tea setup in the room, but a coffee machine in the shared lounge. Some bathroom areas were quite dusty, and the hallway could use better decor. Still, it was a good stay.

Stepping outside onto Arena square was incredible. The apartment itself felt bright and relaxing, from the bedroom to the hallway and bathroom, and everything was spotless. Mr. He welcomed us warmly and suggested some places in Verona we hadn't known about. We felt at home and had a wonderful time. I hope we can come back soon. Five stars hardly seem enough.
