Benedetta made the stay easy from the start, messaging me on WhatsApp with all the check-in details. It was my first time in Verona, and I wasn't sure where to book, but I ended up choosing well. I stayed four days, and the place was near a supermarket and restaurants, with the bus stop, city centre, and train station not too far away. Everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was a private bathroom, coffee machine, and tea. On my last day it rained heavily, so Benedetta called a taxi for me, which was really kind. I appreciate people who make the customer experience feel easy and thoughtful. If you're unsure where to stay in Verona, choose Cinque Rooms. Thanks so much, I'll be back.

Riccardo, the owner, was hands-on and always available, and Ana, the housekeeper, was lovely and attentive. The room felt cozy, with cute, thoughtful decor. Cinque Hotel is tucked into a quiet spot, but it's only a short walk to the busy centre, the Arena, Juliet's House, shops, and restaurants. A charming little find in Verona, highly recommended.

Benedetta's hospitality was the best, and her dinner suggestions made our evening in Verona much more memorable. The accommodation was spacious and clean, in a quieter part of town while still close to everything we wanted and needed. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

We liked the remote check-in and check-out, though it meant we didn't get to meet the owner, Riccardo, in person. The rooms were spotless, proper, and nicely decorated. Even before arrival, we got useful details about parking, restaurants, and guides. The place is in the quiet, safe San Zeno area, near the Adige river and Scaliger bridge, and close to the centre. We love Verona.

They even left breakfast items for us because we had an early checkout, and the prices were very good. Management was kind, and the self check-in was easy. The hotel is in a quieter neighbourhood, with a gorgeous walk along the river into the centre. Our room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The shower was so powerful and hot I'd give it 10 stars out of 5, a blessing at the end of the day. I'd definitely stay again.
