A very affordable, no-frills place for a stop in Verona. Buses to the centre and station come fairly often, and the ride takes about 15 minutes.

On 29.9.2025, I again asked for a completely legal invoice, but they refused to prepare it as requested. They sent it several times and each time it was still wrong. The easiest thing for them seemed to be saying I was aggressive rather than issuing the invoice correctly. They were simply rude. I’ve never had such a bad experience getting an invoice, and I’d like to see the recordings they rely on for their claims. There were a couple of positives: the breakfast was limited but good, and the cleaning staff were great. The rooms, however, were very basic and worn, and the hotel urgently needs renovation. One woman was very rude and wouldn’t tell us her name, though she said she was an owner. We asked for an invoice with the company name in March and September, and our request was ignored. She promised a corrected invoice on the day we left, but a week later we still didn’t have it. They also told Booking.com that I had physically attacked her. Disgusting. I don't recommend visiting.

The receptionist was rude and didn't help us, and the hotel clearly needs urgent renovation. Our room smelled really bad, there was hair on the floor and in the bed, and we had to wait for the linen to be changed. The air conditioning was loud, and traffic on the street continued all night. There are plenty of better hotels in Verona for this price.

The service was excellent, and the staff were really friendly. The food was quite good too. Inside, the hotel felt like a work of art, with a big, welcoming lobby and very spacious rooms, even though the outside looks modest. The rooms have refrigerators and fairly large balconies where you can smoke. Excellent, bravo! I've seen other hotels that look nice outside but are pathetic inside, so this was a pleasant surprise.
