The apartment itself is charming, in a lovely building in the historic center. But the check-in rules made the stay stressful. A train strike meant we couldn't be sure we'd arrive by the scheduled 7:00 PM check-in, so we called management to explain. They said we wouldn't be able to get into the apartment if we arrived later, even though we'd already paid. We suggested asking a nearby restaurant to help, but they wouldn't discuss it or try to find another option. There are also some maintenance and cleanliness issues. One of the two bathroom doors doesn't close, the shower in the other bathroom isn't watertight and leaves water all over the floor, and the shower surrounds were very dirty. A little more attention to detail would help too, since vacuum cleaners and mops were left out in view.
