The reception team were welcoming, and the lobby looked nice, but the rooms felt bare-bones. There were roller shutters to block noise and the hot afternoon sun, yet no way to make tea or coffee. The beds were like rocks, and there weren't even tissues. Breakfast was the worst we had in Italy: unfriendly staff, spoiled watermelon, and terrible coffee. We skipped it the next morning and went to Elk Bakery instead. The worst part came when we needed extra towels in the heat. They wanted to charge 5 Euro per towel. After four phone calls, they said they could give me one only if I handed over the wet towel in exchange. We knew this wasn't a luxury hotel, but expected better. I wouldn't recommend it. Spend a little more and stay somewhere else.

I stumbled upon this gorgeous hotel and was pleasantly surprised. It's tastefully decorated, very clean, and the team couldn't have been kinder. Breakfast was generous, with gluten-free treats available on request. A fantastic stay, and one I'd strongly recommend.

Breakfast was the highlight for me, an amazing buffet with everything you need. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept like a baby. The hotel is on a quiet street, with easy access to downtown but enough distance from the crowds to get some rest. Strongly recommended.

There was a very friendly cat, the staff were really kind, and our rooms were clean. The free breakfast had lots of choices and was very good, and the beds were comfortable. The location isn't the best because there's a club nearby, but leaving that aside, this is the best hotel in verona. The place is very clean too.
