The staff were lovely, and our spacious room had a nice view of a pretty little square. The Arena was just a 3-4 minute walk away, and heading north for about the same time brought us to the cute town center and its shops. Juliet’s balcony was a 10-minute walk. The location was incredible and the price felt well worth it. Honestly, I can’t complain, and I’d definitely stay again.

You’ll need to bring or buy shower supplies, and milk if you want coffee in the room. It’s on the 4th floor, with a small, rickety lift, though we just took the stairs. The building doesn’t offer room service, a 24-hour reception, or the other extras you’d get at a hotel, so pay more for a hotel if that’s what you want. Here, you get a clean, warm, comfortable room in a perfect spot in the old town. The street is quiet, with shops, bars, and restaurants nearby, and the whole old town is easy to explore on foot. Some guests have mentioned noise from neighboring rooms, but in room 1 we never heard anyone. Check-in and checkout were very easy. A great place for the money. Thank you!

The rooms were perfectly adequate and the staff very friendly. The location near Piazza Bra and the stadium was fantastic. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. What more do you need?

No-frills place in a great spot. It was as clean as could be, with a big room and a comfy bed. The staff were friendly and helpful.
