I was meant to stay three nights but left after just one. The area felt run down and unsafe when I went out looking for something to eat, and there were no amenities nearby. I wouldn’t recommend it for solo travelers. Getting a taxi was hopeless, I had to call to get inside, and their English wasn’t very good. Avoid!

It’s a couple of kilometers from the arena area, but the walk there is pleasant enough. The host was extremely nice and helpful, and the B&B was well set up, with a well-stocked kitchen and everything kept very clean.

Luca helped us figure out which buses to take into Verona. The B&B is outside the city but near the train station. Our room was clean and modern, with air conditioning, and breakfast was adequate. Great value for money.
