The new hotel is modern and looks nice inside. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and you could also get drinks and snacks in the evening. Free bicycles are a great extra, and parking is available on the ground floor. It’s a six-minute walk to the train station and about twenty minutes on foot to the town center and Verona Arena. I did have a complaint about the shower: the lower section was already moldy and hadn’t been cleaned, and the rubber strip on the glass door was very dirty and really needed replacing.

The hotel is near the train station and still within reach of the city center. The rooms were pleasant and clean, though a little touch-up work would be welcome. Service was very good. The woman at reception was helpful and shared useful information, including places to visit and eat. We had breakfast as well, and for the 10 euros we paid, it was okay.

I absolutely loved this beautiful hotel. It’s in a handy spot, just a five-minute walk from the train and bus station and close to the city center. The staff were super friendly, everything was really clean, and breakfast was lovely.

The team at Novo Hotel Rossi made my stay in Verona. Everyone I met, from the breakfast staff to the cleaning team, was attentive, professional, and cheerful. When I had a small request, they sorted it out right away, and it was clear they wanted guests to feel looked after. Check-in was easy thanks to a warm and efficient reception team. The service was consistently thoughtful from the moment I arrived, and it’s the main reason I’d readily recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Verona.

Really good for the price, and the walk into town is short. The staff were wonderful, the rooms clean and spacious, and the mountain views from the top floor were pretty great.
