Julia and Artur made the stay feel unforgettable, and we loved every minute. Artur was especially welcoming while staying professional, and the service throughout was exceptional. The place has a real wow factor from the moment you enter, with high-end touches everywhere. Breakfast was excellent, and valet parking was very convenient. It's also an ideal spot, just a short walk from the sights and essentials in Verona. We'll definitely come back. See you next time!

Arthur at the front desk made a big difference, helping us book dinner and sharing great ideas for sights to see. The Royal Suite was a splurge, but it felt like our own palace right in the middle of Verona. The property was spotless and elegant, and the location put us right among the city's charm. Palazzo Mongo is a gem, and we'll be back. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was a highlight. You order the evening before, then fresh food is brought to your room at the time you choose and laid out nicely on the table. The rooms are big and very clean, and the friendly, motivated staff provided top-notch service. It's a luxurious-feeling place in central Verona, so getting around on foot is easy. We'd love to come back soon.
