The room was clean and the location was nice. Since the place is managed remotely, there wasn't anyone on site to help when something happened. In the evening I was pretty sure I heard two adults doing a certain activity in the hallway. I'd probably pick another property next time.

The owner had already warned us that there was no elevator, and since our room was on the top floor, carrying suitcases up was a bit of a struggle. Still, it was a lovely place, very clean and spacious, with a huge bedroom and bathroom. The location was good, not far from the main tourist area, and the room had a handy fridge. I only missed having a kettle for tea or coffee. All in all, a very good place to stay. Thumbs up. 👍

We were pleased with the room. It was comfortable, clean and cosy, and the instructions for getting into the building and room were easy to follow.

The room was cosy and good value, and self check-in made arrival really easy. You’re also well placed for the historic sights. Just keep in mind it’s up on the third floor with no lift, which could be difficult with lots of luggage or limited mobility. I was a little let down that there wasn’t a kettle or coffee machine, since both appear in the photos.

We had a great stay. The owner was friendly and shared plenty of tips for Verona. Our room was clean and pleasant, with a simple, minimal look and a really comfortable bed. The location was handy too, close to the historic center.
