The included breakfast was wonderful, and service was excellent. Our room was very nice and comfortable, though I could have used some extra covers when it got cold. The location is around a 20-25 minute walk from the old town, so it wasn't ideal, but the price was excellent and I can't complain too much about that. I'd stay here again.

Getting around was easy, with the train station no more than an 8-minute walk away and the Arena di Verona about 20-25 minutes on foot. The rooms were recently renovated and spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent too. A very nice hotel, and I'd recommend booking directly through their website to enjoy the genuine Italian hospitality.

The breakfast was okay, though neither the quality nor the amount was the best. The newer rooms are really good for the price, and ours had a great mattress and clean toilet. There are old and new room types, so that's worth knowing. The staff were so kind. The women at the counter and the man from serilanca were the kindest people I've met in hotels across eight Italian cities.

The room was clean, and the air conditioning felt wonderful after a day out. I only stayed one night while visiting Verona, and it was an absolute bargain, maybe because I booked at the last minute. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included, which was amazing for the price, and there was a great selection of food, juices and hot drinks. It set us up well before we moved on to Lake Garda. The hotel was about a 25 minute walk to old Verona. The roads were a little scary to cross because it's a busy area, though we'd got used to them by the end of the day. We stayed in the separate building a couple of doors down, with 24/7 buzzer entry, and never had any trouble coming or going. I'd definitely recommend it!
