8/10
The balcony was spacious and pleasant, and the bathroom was spotless with a really good shower. Breakfast was very good too, with friendly staff, and the place was very clean. The apartment itself is large, though the double bed is two singles pushed together, with separate mattresses, so it wasn't comfortable for a couple. There's no coffee maker or dishwasher, and the older smart TV only lets you mirror Netflix from your own device. There aren't many restaurants nearby, but there are some nice green spaces around the hotel.

The bus makes getting into the city centre easy, and the views around the place are beautiful. Everything in the room seemed to be there for whatever we needed, and the room itself was fantastic. This is one of the best places I've stayed, especially considering how much I travel. I'd happily come back.

There are plenty of parking spaces, though using the underground garage takes some driving skill. The rooms were very spacious and clean, and the setting is pleasant and green, right beside the river. Just be aware that the walls are thin, so noise carries, especially from the electric window shutters.

Music blared on the lawn outside the rooms from 7:30 pm for two hours. It may have been a fitness class, but that noise really wasn't suitable for a hotel. I found it unacceptable, and wouldn't stay here again. Management didn't seem to care about guests' comfort.

Staff were lovely and helped me find a takeaway that could do gluten-friendly dinner. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Finding the hotel was tricky, though, since it's in a neighborhood and the signs aren't very clear. I'd book again.
