I came to Verona for work and booked an apartment, but work and personal circumstances meant I had to stay longer than planned. I paid a lot, and was also expected to clean the apartment. On departure day, the cleaner, who had seemed nice at first, told the manager I'd left the place dirty. While I was on the bus, the manager called, yelling that she wouldn't rent to me again. Thank God, I thought, and let her rant. She even tried to ask me for money for possible "damages." To me, this was taking advantage of a single woman who was looking for work. The place itself might not have been so bad, but the people running it made the experience awful. I never want to deal with people like that again, and they had better not contact me. Disgusting!

Francesca was so thoughtful and responsive whenever I had a question, and gave me all the information I needed. She made me feel at home from the start. The apartment itself was exactly as described, cute, tastefully furnished, and impeccably clean, with every detail considered for a comfortable stay. Public transport nearby gets you to Verona's center in just a few minutes, and although it's outside the center, shops and restaurants are close and you still feel part of the city. I had a really pleasant time here and would definitely come back. Thanks, Francesca!

We couldn't travel because of illness, after a mistake on our part due to poor communication with Booking. Francesca was very kind and gave us a partial refund anyway. That says a lot about how friendly the owner is.

There was ample parking, and we found the apartment quiet, comfortable, and clean. It's convenient for shops and other amenities, plus public transport to the center or train station. The owner was very friendly and kind, and happy to help. We were there for a weekend.

Check-in was simple, the parking felt secure, and there was everything we needed on site. The place was spotlessly clean and close to a bus into the city center. The owner was lovely, answered lots of questions, and shared tips for good food and enjoying our time.
