A miserable start to a vacation. The customer service was awful, the place was dirty, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Don't trust the photos.

The host was great and helpful, and the location couldn't be better, just 10 steps from the main square.

The flat and its location were both lovely. I couldn't find anything to complain about.
