It's a new, modern apartment with good amenities in a quiet neighborhood. The city centre felt a bit too far to walk, though the Trade Fair was easy to reach in about 15 minutes. Parking on the street can be tricky some nights, but we found spaces on the parallel streets. The owner was very friendly and suggested good places to eat. We also appreciated the water in the fridge and the bottle of wine, and there's a bar around the corner for breakfast.

The hosts were really friendly, and the apartment was comfortable and well equipped. There was free parking right in front of the building.
