Veronalodge

This was our second time at Veronalodge, and we had another wonderful stay. The apartment had everything we needed to cook for ourselves, and the location made it easy to get around. Giampaola met us and was very helpful, then arranged a taxi to the train station when we checked out. We'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting Verona.

The apartment was quiet, clean, and spacious, with everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and washing machine. Wi-Fi was reliable enough for us to work without trouble. Sara was friendly and helpful from the time we booked, and Gianpaolo spent an hour at check-in explaining what to see, where to shop for groceries, and other useful details. We felt very well looked after.

The location made it easy to reach lots of sights by crossing a scenic bridge, and the apartment was comfortable and quiet. We heard a family upstairs one evening, as you might in any apartment, but it wasn't too loud or late. It matched the description. We emailed roughly when we'd arrive, and someone was there to let us in and explain how things worked. They also called a taxi when we left.

The staff were so helpful, especially Sara, and the flat had everything ready for us. We cooked dinner twice using the well-equipped kitchen, and the room was a decent size and comfortable. The place felt modern, with a good bathroom, reliable internet, and a TV with Netflix and Prime Video for the night we stayed in. There's a small shop nearby with decent opening hours. It's an easy walk to the center, and we might well come back.
