It's an old building right in the historic center, so you can walk everywhere. We got a lovely top-floor room that had been recently renovated with good taste, plus fast Wi-Fi and a TV. Ramon gave us a really warm welcome, shared lots of information about the city, and was very kind and available. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and tidy. Just keep in mind it's shared if you need privacy. For the price and central location, that was fine with us.

The place was tidy and in a good location. Check-in was tricky because we had to call the owner, and we didn't have an Italian SIM card. There was no reserved parking, and most nearby spaces had a two-hour limit.

The room was awful. It was on the fourth floor with no elevator or air conditioning, and everyone shared one bathroom. There was no shower, just a bathtub, and the kitchen was shared too. I left drinks in the fridge, but less than two hours later they were gone. To get in, I had to call the man in charge so he could open the door and hand over the keys, but he sent someone else instead. He never came by during my stay, not even to collect payment. I had to message him myself to get him to come, otherwise I wouldn't have paid. I strongly recommend that people planning to stay here do so.

We absolutely can't recommend this place. On the night we were supposed to stay, he cancelled our reservation with a flimsy excuse. He didn't call us, so we had to track him down ourselves. His Italian was so poor that we couldn't understand what he was saying, and we had to find another place in a hurry.

Terrible. We were woken twice, at 12:30 AM and again at 3 AM, by people who weren't customers. We barely slept, even though we had to get up at 6 AM. It was cold too. Everything had seemed great, but then... 😑
