The real highlights were the views, all the outdoor space, and our lovely host Cristiana. We booked 13 nights around our wedding in Verona and are still here now. It’s a large house built in a 70s designer style, with four bedrooms, a big living and dining area, a functional kitchen, and two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath. Two bedrooms have passable air conditioning. A few things to know: the oven can’t be used, though there’s a countertop grill; there’s no washing machine, basement access, or off street parking. The electrical setup is unusual, so standard holiday adapters may need some help. The village is lovely, and we recommend Trattoria Amarone. Our wedding photographer was blown away by the house. The photo is a night view from one of the verandas.

We felt at home in this gorgeous, cozy, well-kept villa. It had everything we needed, and Christiana even treated us to snacks, wine, jams, cornflakes, coffee, tea, and lots more. She’s such a kind owner, always ready to help and full of great ideas for trips nearby. It was perfect for us and our three children, and we didn’t want to leave. The house is about a 10-minute drive from central Verona, and public transport is another option. If you’re exploring Verona, Venice, and Lake Garda, spending a few days here is a lovely choice. We’d highly recommend it. 😊
