The bed is fairly comfortable, and the location isn't bad. There’s a capsule coffee machine, cookies, and chilled water in the room. But the shower is awful and needs fixing, the drain barely works, and the toilet lid is broken. The window is hard to open and close, too. Sound carries badly from the street, corridor, and neighboring rooms, and the nearby bars keep the lively area noisy until 3:00 AM.

The staff were warm and helpful, with good suggestions for restaurants and places to see. The rooms were spotless, thoughtfully furnished with a mix of modern touches and Veronese details, and had comfortable beds. Although it's right in the heart of Verona, near the Arena, Juliet's House, and Piazza delle Erbe, the B&B felt peaceful after a day out. It has a welcoming, family-run feel, and I'd be glad to return.

I couldn't sleep because the location was so noisy. It's not far from the center, but I didn't like the area and wouldn't recommend it. The room was small, though acceptable for the price. The mattresses are worn out, shower pressure is weak, and the water takes a while to heat. Things seemed old, and there was something dirty in the bathroom.
