We had a wonderful, comfortable, and quiet stay with our 7-month-old son and our dog. The suite had a kitchen and a bathtub in the room, just as described. It was spacious and recently renovated with good taste, in a period building that has itself been restored recently and well. The location is strategic. We can't praise the place enough.

We spent one night in the suite with a terrace. It was centrally located in Viareggio, with modern, clean decor, and the self-check-in was excellent. The bathroom was small, and there was no drying rack on the terrace for wet swimsuits. Parking takes patience: it's paid and hard to find. Once we had a space, we explored Viareggio on foot.

We booked the jacuzzi room for one night. It's in a quiet residential area, about a 10-minute walk from the seafront, with street parking on blue lines. The property is very nice, with a pleasant finish and an open plan where a half-height arched wall separates the living and sleeping areas. The bed was comfortable, the jacuzzi was lovely and had hydromassage, and the bathroom was spotless and functional, with a shower and toilet. The ground-floor room isn't very soundproof. We could hear street noise and people coming in through the front door, so I'd suggest replacing the windows with more modern ones. Although it's advertised as a B&B, there's nothing supplied for breakfast, not even pods for the espresso machine, so bring your own. There's an electric stove and a kitchenette with a sink.

The house is lovely and new, and the location and cleanliness were excellent. It would be better to have reserved parking for guests. A few small things could be improved, like providing a drying rack instead of the bathroom clothesline and a few more rolls of toilet paper. Otherwise, everything was excellent and I'd recommend it.
