Massimo was a great host and always available when we had questions. We had a lovely time in Viareggio and hope to come back soon. The house was clean, spacious enough for a family, and well situated. It had everything we needed, and the street was quiet with little traffic. We could park in front. The garden was wonderful, with flowers, a long table, chairs, and an umbrella, so we could always eat outside.

The outside space was perfect for a BBQ, and the accommodation was fantastic and comfortable. Massimo is an amazing host who always goes the extra mile to make sure you're comfortable. Shops, beautiful parks, and beaches are very close. I'd 100% recommend Casa Mario Sei Pini.

We really recommend this house. It was much bigger than we expected, very clean, and had everything we needed. There's also a big supermarket around the corner.

There were five of us staying at the Mario dei Pini house for a work assignment on November 25th, and we all had plenty of space to take care of what we needed. The house really is equipped with everything, and we had a wonderful time. Highly recommended! Massimo is such a caring, affectionate person. Thank you! 💜
