We had a really great vacation at Casa Vacanze Vespucci. Casa Vespucci is a little house with a garden, just enough space for the two of us and our dog. The whole neighborhood is dog friendly, which was a plus. Inside, there's a combined living, dining, and kitchen area, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed, a huge drawer, and an extendable couch. The kitchen has everything we needed, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer. The owner was very friendly. He came with his wife and daughter to welcome us and brought pizza and a beer for dinner. Grocery shops, a bakery, pizzeria, and restaurants are all within a 5-15 minute walk. We can only recommend the place.

After a day at the beach, the outdoor area is a great spot to unwind, and it works well for guests with pets too. The home is lovely and practical, and the host was friendly and really helpful. Highly recommend.

The biggest issue for us was how dirty the house was. There was dust on top of the kitchen cupboards, crumbs and grime in the oven and microwave, and the hood felt sticky when switched on. The cabinets sit about 15 cm from the wall, with dirt and drips hidden in the gap along the floor and wall. We also found a filthy ladle put away with the clean cutlery. In the bathroom, there was no bathmat, and with no shower door, water ended up across the floor. The shower had mold stains, and the bathroom windows were moldy too. We only found one face towel and two bath towels, which seemed a bit little for two people. There were no bins in the bathroom or kitchen, so we weren't sure where to put our rubbish inside; the bins are behind the house. We stayed here in May 2023. The house has a lot going for it: it's charming, the furnishings are modern, and the two bedrooms are very spacious. Four people can stay comfortably. The back garden area has a table and benches for eating outside, a brick barbecue, and two loungers. There are also two bicycles, and shops are conveniently close.
