Elena House

We had an excellent vacation at Elena house and really enjoyed everything our hosts offered. The apartment was comfortable, very well equipped, and in a great spot right by the beach. There's a market, the promenade, restaurants, and the beach close at hand. Elena and Giuseppe were incredibly friendly, kind, and supportive. Thank you both for being such kind hosts.

The apartment was modern and had everything we could want. Its amazing location is just a few steps from the beach, with great shops and restaurants nearby.

We really liked the Gold apartment and would happily recommend it. We’ll definitely come back. Elena and Giuseppe were friendly, lovely hosts who answered all our questions and suggested restaurants and places to visit. On arrival, they helped reserve a parking space right in front of the house, which made handling our luggage easier, and they helped us pay for a week's parking. There was even a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge. The apartment is spotless, spacious, and on the ground floor, with a great terrace for breakfast, coffee, or relaxing outside. Both the bedroom and living room are big, and there are two bathrooms and three smart TVs. The kitchen is well equipped, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee machine. The couch in the living room extends, so it suits a couple or a family with one or two kids. The beach is very close: cross the street and you're on the promenade, with lots of restaurants, bars, and shops. The train station is a 15 minute walk away, and there's a market 250 meters from the apartment. You can park in front of the house, though sometimes you have to wait a little; there are also spaces on nearby streets. This apartment is a very good option, and I hope the owners keep it available for guests for a long time. Thank you, Elena &Giuseppe! 😉

Elena is a big part of what makes Elena House such a good choice. She gets consistent praise for being kind and helpful, whether you need advice or a hand sorting out parking downtown. The apartments are modern, spacious, and meticulously kept, with impeccable cleanliness. It feels good to come back after a day out or at the beach. The location is hard to beat: the beach, sea, and lively Passeggiata are literally just steps away, so there's little need for a car. If Viareggio is your destination, this is an address to remember. It's a comfortable, convenient base right in the heart of the city.
