For Carneval, this was a nice enough hotel in Viareggio, with an excellent location for getting to the Parade. The rooms were small and clean, though the hallway doors banged shut loudly as people walked through. The night before the Parade, there was a complimentary buffet with pizza, bruschetta, juices, and spritz. The owner, family, and workers were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty, with plenty of sweet and savory choices.

We stayed over Ferragosto, when the hotel was full, but our room was still very quiet and we had no trouble sleeping in. It’s in a wonderful spot, right across from the park and one block from the huge beach promenade Viareggio is known for. The staff were amazing and helpful, and the reception ladies were very nice. When we had a problem with the safe, it was fixed in minutes.

Breakfast had an amazing variety, and the homemade cakes were especially good. The hotel was lovely, family-friendly, and supportive. It’s also in a great location, just a few minutes’ walk from the main strip and beach clubs.

The shower had great water pressure, and the rooms were cozy and clean. The staff were warm, welcoming, and accommodating. The one downside was the very inconsistent Wi-Fi. I’d suggest upgrading the access points to eero or another brand so guests can get a reliably strong signal in their rooms, where they’re often on their devices.

Adriana at reception was incredibly kind and professional, and made us feel right at home. All the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the hotel had a warm, friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of variety and good quality. The location was perfect, close to everything while still quiet and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay, thank you for a great experience!
