A family run, authentic b&b in a lovely part of Viareggio, within walking distance of the beach. The rooms are finely furnished, with lots of attention to detail. Elena and her daughter Rebecca are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the best I've ever had at a b&b, all freshly made from scratch with wholesome ingredients. Highly recommended!

The beds were comfy, and the location was great for both the beach and restaurants. It's a lovely local spot run by a wonderful family, with perfect hosts, sensational coffee, and a light, healthy homemade breakfast. Many thanks!

Elena is a fantastic host, and the homemade breakfast is amazing, with vegan options too. I can't recommend this place enough!

We loved having breakfast on the terrace, with both savory and sweet choices. The B&B was very clean and nice, and our room was perfect. Elena was kind and helpful. It's easy to get to the seafront and evening restaurants, with plenty of beach clubs nearby. The public beach is farther away, just a few minutes by car.
