The location made it easy to get to the beach, shops, bars and the central pineta, where you can hire bikes and go-carts or take a cool walk on a hot day. We booked a superior front room for its sea view, though there was a little road noise. Inside, the hotel has lovely art nouveau touches, a parquet bedroom floor, plush sofas in reception and chandeliers in the dining room. Breakfast had a superb range, from fruit and hot dishes to pastries and pancakes. We also had dinner there one evening and really enjoyed it. Service was friendly, helpful and prompt without being over the top. Such a lovely stay.

We were a group of 30, and the meals still came out on time and tasted delicious. The breakfast buffet was superb, and the staff were lovely and friendly. The hotel itself has beautiful decor. A great place to stay for the Carnival.

We loved our three days here and would happily return. The Autumn seaside deal was appreciated, and the staff made the whole stay feel special. Thanks to Diana in the restaurant and breakfast room, Alexander at the bar, and the cleaning staff who made our room so lovely. Everyone was friendly and professional, clearly with good management behind them. The welcome set the tone: Gianlucca handled the initial booking emails, then Eduardo greeted us warmly and showed us around. That old-fashioned welcome felt just right. The Palace Hotel was a great find.

The sea-side location was gorgeous and really convenient. The hotel is stylish and beautifully decorated, yet still feels warm and relaxed. Breakfast was delicious, and every staff member, including the beach club team, was kind, attentive and lovely with our baby. They kindly upgraded us to a room with a terrace, which gave us somewhere to unwind after the baby went to bed. Both the room and terrace were beautiful and spotless. It was a special stay, and we wouldn't change a thing. Thank you!
