Villa Eugenia

We spent a week here, and Guia became part of our family. She cooked for us three times, including catering my birthday party, and the Tuscan food was made with real care. We ate most of our meals on the terrace overlooking the mountains. Isabella was a wonderful host. Whenever I messaged her on WhatsApp, she replied within five minutes, and she made all the logistics easy. The villa works for families and all sorts of groups, and I could see using it for business meetings too. There was plenty to do indoors: I used the gym every day, and we tried the indoor soccer game, kelly pool, and cinema. The pool was large, great for the children, and a lovely way to cool off. The entertainment area was brilliant and fun as well. I'd recommend it to anyone after a luxury Tuscan holiday. The people running it are amazing, and the villa is the kind of place you don't want to leave.

Mugello is a lovely valley, and Florence is just 40 minutes away along a beautiful road. The summer weather is better than in Florence, and there's a great pool.

The private garden is beautiful, and there's loveliness all around this Tuscan villa. It's an ideal spot to unwind and get away from the stress of city life.

We rented the whole villa with a group of friends to spend New Year's Eve together. The place is wonderful, with spacious bedrooms, rustic furnishings, and a fantastic veranda for enjoying the outdoors. The kitchen is large and convenient for cooking for everyone, though it could use a few more utensils. The basement was a dream, packed with rooms for games and all kinds of ways to relax. The cinema room deserves a special mention: on January 1, we watched the final episode of Stranger Things together as if we were in a real movie theater. It was such an exciting moment! The owners were attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. I'd recommend the villa in winter, and I imagine it's even better in summer with the outdoor pool open. Maybe we'll come back!
