Antica Pusterla Relais De Charme

The staff's compassion made all the difference when my family and I were in Vicenza because my father had been unexpectedly hospitalized. I stayed with my mother and brother at Antica Pusterla Relais de Charme, and their patience, empathy, and generosity helped us through a disorienting, stressful time. They offered guidance on getting around the city and dealing with the hospital system, along with small kindnesses that meant so much. The rooms were immaculately clean, the amenities were top-notch, and the staff were impressively professional from the moment we arrived. They made sure we were comfortable and supported, too. We're deeply grateful for the care we received. Antica Pusterla is a beautiful, well-run hotel where people truly care, and we can't recommend it highly enough.

Christa gave us such a lovely welcome, and the people running the place clearly care. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the terrace and library are good shared spaces, with arty, interesting books to borrow. Breakfast is made to order from a good range, including eggs, ham, cheese, fruit, and yogurt. Free tea and coffee in the room would be nice, though that's a small detail. Vicenza is beautiful too.

Christa is a great host and seems to take care of every need. Breakfast is cooked to order in a cheerful, sunny room. The hotel is a real find, set in a beautifully renovated building about a 15-minute walk from Vicenza's historic center. There are outdoor terraces, a courtyard with a waterfall, and a lounge area.

After living in Vicenza for many years, I was wonderfully surprised by this new hotel. The staff are professional and outstanding, helping with every need. The food is delicious, the location is perfect for walking downtown, and the jacuzzi is relaxing at the end of the day.
