The shower backed up after a minute, and the sheets and pillowcase had visible blood stains. The hair dryer overheated until it was too hot to touch, and its handle broke off while I was using it. There was no air conditioning, the bed was rock hard, and the flat pillows made for a rough night. A coffee maker would have been nice, but there wasn’t one. The spa and Jacuzzi were advertised as open on booking.com, but we were told on arrival they were closed for the season. The on-site restaurant was also closed on weekends, leaving us scrambling to find somewhere to eat. When I raised the problems at the front desk, the staff member was dismissive, saying they’d have maintenance look into it without apologizing or fixing anything. At €180 per night in the off-season, this was a disappointing and misleading “Four-Star” experience. The hotel is advertised as four stars but feels barely three, with poor service and amenities that didn’t match what was promised. Save your money and book elsewhere.

The staff made us feel so welcome, and breakfast was wonderful. It was a really peaceful, good hotel. Thanks so much!

The breakfast was freshly made each morning and really good, and the staff were always smiling and ready to help. The hotel stays quiet despite being close to the road. Rooms get cleaned often, and the whole place was very clean. There's an elevator, with parking both in front and behind the hotel. A large shopping center with lots of different stores is nearby. I'd recommend it.

8/10
It was a good fit for what I needed, mainly because the location was convenient and the staff treated me well. The rooms are pretty basic, though, and the beds felt very hard. I could also hear too much through the walls. Still, I liked the place and it did the job for me.

My work arranged both of my stays here, each lasting at least two weeks, probably because the hotel costs less than other places nearby. Each time I was given one of the most dated rooms. The shower was tiny, and breakfast was only okay. For what they charge, the rooms are a letdown. I wouldn't choose to stay here myself.
