The breakfast was generous and fresh, though the juice wasn’t 100% fruit, which seems to happen too often in Italy despite all the fruit around. We skipped the private spa because it seemed expensive for what it offered. The location is excellent, right in the city centre just off the Main Street, beside one of Palladio’s palazzos. Our street-facing room was recently renovated, simple, and quite small. The bathroom had plenty of space but few amenities. There was some morning noise when a large, noisy vehicle washed the street.

Being right in the heart of Vicenza made it easy to walk to the main sights and restaurants, especially handy after a late night. The rooms are modern and clean, and the breakfast buffet in the morning is very good.

I was really impressed by the interior during my overnight stay in Vicenza. It looks like the owner put a lot of money into renovating and refurbishing the building for the business, yet my room rate was quite reasonable. Take your time over breakfast!

A quiet, nicely decorated place for a peaceful stay in Vicenza. It’s a recently restored palace in the centre, now operating as a hotel and spa. Great location. Breakfast? I’ll tell you tomorrow 😃

The location is perfect, and although our room was tiny, it was cute, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The free minibar was just two small bottles of water. What made the stay difficult was constant noise outside the bathroom window that carried on all night. In the morning the receptionist blamed renovation work, then later said it was the hotel’s server. Avoid Room 312! We were also given wrong information about unloading luggage from the car, so we’re hoping we don’t get fined. There are definitely better options in beautiful Vicenza.
