The staff were a highlight for us. Everyone we met was wonderful, available day and night, and warm and helpful. The owners are personally on site every day, pitching in where needed and keeping a great atmosphere among the employees. This recently renovated historic Palazzo sits in the heart of beautiful Vicenza and has been restored to a very high standard. Our room was lovely, warm, comfortable, and high quality, with precious ceiling frescoes. Breakfast was fantastic, with fresh food from local producers, even the orange juice. All of this came at very good value. We had a perfect stay, 10 out of 10, and will certainly return. Grazie mille, è stata un'esperienza fantastica!

The hotel is in the city's historic pedestrian area, but arriving by car is possible if you contact the hotel ahead of time. They send clear, precise directions for doing so. Staff were friendly throughout. Our spacious, cozy room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and good hot-water pressure. Breakfast was a fine full spread, and they cooked fried eggs to order on the spot.

The staff were very accommodating, and I had a great stay. There are plenty of delicious restaurants within walking distance.

A lovely, smart hotel, but the room had no complimentary water. It may seem like a small detail, but in a four-star hotel I think water is an essential part of hospitality. As beautiful as the place is, the lack of free water is a deal breaker for me.

Getting around on foot was easy because Hotel Palazzo Scamozzi is right in the city centre. The rooms were spotless, well cared for, comfortable, and elegant. Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh pastries, local specialties, and expertly brewed coffee. The managers personally greet guests and attend to them at breakfast, which made us feel especially welcome and valued. From arrival onward, the service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond. For a stay that feels both luxurious and welcoming, I can’t recommend Hotel Palazzo Scamozzi enough.
