The grounds are well kept, and there is parking. That was about all we liked. The downstairs apartment they rent, a former garage converted into accommodation, is not equipped like the B&B apartments advertised online. It has no Wi-Fi or air conditioning, despite those amenities being listed for the B&B apartments. The water throughout the building, including the bathroom and kitchen, isn’t drinkable. That made even washing fruit or cutlery, filling a bowl with water, or brushing our teeth a problem. In the evenings, millipedes, cockroaches and other insects came in from all over. The bathroom ceiling above the shower was covered in mold, and it was only a little over 2.10 m high. The bedroom ceilings were low too. For us, this was a one-star stay and absolutely not an experience to repeat. Customer service was absent. Be careful who you contact when booking: the owner's daughter is listed online as the contact person. After I called her two or three times about problems with the property, she blocked my number. The "father" came later, and they passed the blame back and forth. I say that because, when he called his daughter in front of me and blamed her, he had saved her in his phone as his "little sister." It was a sad and confusing situation, especially when there’s only one contact person to reach during booking. The exterior of the building was well maintained, but the apartment downstairs did not have the same services as the B&B apartments they rent.
