Vittoria Luxury Suite

Rosaria's hospitality was the best part. She arranged everything we asked for and more, including transfers, restaurant suggestions and bookings, and other help beyond what comes with renting a room. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the train station, and the rooms are clean and bright.

The room was terribly dirty when we arrived, with dust and hair on the floor. I wiped it several times with toilet paper, and it came away black. We asked the hotel to send someone. An hour later they said they had contacted the cleaner and that she would come. She then called to apologize, saying she couldn't explain how it had happened. Five minutes later, the host called and yelled at us, saying we'd made it all up and that the cleaner had taken videos showing the room was clean. We told the host the dirty toilet paper was in the trash and could show how bad the floor was. The host replied that so little paper couldn't have cleaned the whole room and said we'd bothered the cleaner for nothing. We don't usually complain, and try to understand the other person's side when something goes wrong, but the host's reaction was excessive. A terrible experience.

I waited outside the building for two hours after traveling 50 kilometers, unable to check in. I made 50 calls and got no response from the host. We had to request cancellation through Booking.com so we wouldn't lose at least our money. Local residents also warned us away because, they said, guests are often made to wait a long time for the owners to arrive. Contact with the host was nonexistent, and the whole experience was terrible. Their reliability is zero.

Rosaria was always kind and available whenever we needed anything. We spent a week at the Vittoria Luxury Suite and had a lovely stay, with a clean room, sea view and all the comforts. The center, train station and beach are only a few minutes away. I'd recommend it for a peaceful break on the Sorrento coast.
