That little balcony is lovely for a sunny breakfast, and the room itself is nicely kept. The shower does work, though the water pressure is very weak, and the air conditioning didn’t seem to work. Watch out for the step in the room, it feels like a bit of a trap. Still, it wasn’t as bad as it first seemed.

We stayed a week and had a wonderful time. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and well organized, and the hostess was incredibly kind and available whenever we needed something. Her homemade breakfast treats were a delight. The location is excellent, close to everything, with the center easy to reach even without a car. The beaches are about a two-minute walk away, and the port is nearby too if you want to take a boat trip. Nothing negative comes to mind, just good things.

I was very happy with the stay and would come back. Mrs. Maria, the owner, was cheerful and lovely, and her hospitality made the place feel like home. Breakfast was the highlight, with a generous sweet selection on the private terrace each room had: croissants, fruit, yogurt, juices, spreads, jams, and delicious homemade desserts. My room, “DO,” was on the second floor of the building, which has four rooms named for musical notes. There’s no elevator. It was well equipped and spotless, with a TV and a mini-fridge with an icebox, and staff cleaned it every day. The property is just steps from the beach and Eurospin supermarket. The only thing that bothered me was the shower’s weak stream, which could be annoying, especially for women with long hair, but anyway...

A comfortable bed and practical setup, plus a lovely coffee and breakfast on the balcony. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. This renovated guesthouse is modern, smells lovely, and has a small balcony right in the center, a great base for time in Vieste. You do hear barking dogs, but that’s to be expected in the center.
