The staff were very helpful, especially the man working the night reception. He explained exactly how to get around, and we loved our time in Vieste, a beautiful place we’ll definitely visit again. The rooms and swimming pool were clean, and the seaside view was amazing. Breakfast was delicious, although we couldn’t have dinner at the time we wanted. The final payments were unclear and there were extra charges. Best wishes from Poland!

The staff were extremely kind and eager to meet every guest’s needs. The food was nice, though nothing special, and the beach was good but very windy, so the kids preferred the pool. The pool was just OK too, and having to wear a bonnet in a leisure pool felt weird. For a hotel rated four stars, I’d give it a solid three, maybe three and a half if I could. The rooms were fine, but noise insulation was very weak and the water pressure was poor.

A very basic hotel, more like a university dorm, and my dorm room was decorated better. The place felt disgusting. Lights in the halls get switched off, the towels are rags, and the walls are paper thin. You constantly hear motorbikes in the street, which feels like cheap construction, and the restaurant food is terrible. There was also a “circus” across the road, with pounding music past midnight. I could say more, but I won’t. Avoid it!

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the lunch options were very good. The place is beautifully maintained and clean, with a lovely pool area and a big playroom for children. Thanks for a pleasant stay!
