Hotel Il Castellino Relais

The breakfast was amazing, with fresh local products, and the pool was great too. We also had a booking at the nearby beach chalet included, so it was easy to cross the road for an early swim. The hotel has real charm and class, and the rooms are tidy and nice, though some are small. For 20 dollars more, you can take the upgrade. Everyone on staff was kind, cheerful, and available to help. The only nuisance was the residence next door playing animation with people shouting awful songs in the afternoon.

The pool was brilliant, breakfast was great, and the beach is an easy walk away. It's a long walk to the middle of town, but manageable. The hotel is old, though it's clean, comfortable, and well maintained. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the gardener keeps the grounds immaculate. He's a really nice guy too. I'd happily stay again.

A lovely place with beautiful views, good facilities, and very nice staff. Breakfast was excellent, with more healthy choices than I'd found elsewhere. The free bikes were a welcome extra. Everything was perfect.

I've stayed here three times, usually for about a week, and hope to return again and again. Vieste makes a lovely backdrop for a relaxing break, and after seeing Italy's must-see sights, Puglia is a great place to slow down. Its natural beauty can rival Amalfi in some spots. This is also where Italians come for their holidays, which tells you you're in the right place. With fewer than 20 rooms, the hotel never felt crowded, even around the pool or in shared spaces. The rooms are well equipped, and most have a small private patio with an exquisite view of the beach and town. The beach is just across the street, and the hotel provides everything you need to enjoy it. Breakfast is excellent, and the staff are very attentive. The gardener keeps everything immaculate, and he's a lovely guy who can also help out as a handyman.
