The rooms, property, and breakfast were good, and the pool was a nice extra. But I think the staff could do better when it comes to animal welfare. We found a dying cat outside our room, crying for help. It was awful to see, and there were flies, ants, and cat urine all over our terrace. We tried to help and alerted the staff, asking them to do something, but they wouldn't. After a few hours we left, unsure what else to do. At checkout I tried to give the owner feedback, but he wouldn't listen.

The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help. Everything was spotless and tidy, and the atmosphere at I Sapori del Gargano felt warm and welcoming. It was a really pleasant stay, with genuine hospitality. I'd gladly come back.

Marco was a great host and helped us with everything. It's a pleasant estate with 9 holiday homes, a swimming pool, playground, and garden with different places to sit. Breakfast changed every day, which was really nice on a long stay. The main downside was the noise at night from all the dogs barking. Han, the host, can't do much about that.
