4/10
The room was clean enough, and the location is great. Those are the positives. Our stay was otherwise a terrible and confusing experience given the earlier reviews. Staff told us where to park, but we got an expensive parking ticket there. They then said it was our fault. The listing said three people could fit in a room, which wasn't true. When I raised it, the staff got extremely upset and claimed we'd booked for one person, which we hadn't. They kept saying I shouldn't be upset because we'd paid a standard discounted rate, but wouldn't give us a refund. It felt very unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend it.

A charming little place in the city center, though you can't reach it by car. The room was cozy, had a nice view and suitable equipment, and we slept really well. The staff were lovely.

The owner was lovely and the breakfast was amazing. The rooms are modern, clean, and great. I'd rate this place 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it to everyone.
