The sea view and price were positives, but I wouldn't recommend it. There were ants everywhere, and cats meowed all day and night. The shower cabin was piccolo. Be careful if you pull up near your door to unload groceries or luggage, the host told us we didn't have permission to park there.

We stayed three weeks in apartment number 8, and the private porch was a lovely place to enjoy the sea view. The residence is very quiet and peaceful, which made for a relaxing holiday. Mr. Gino was professional and dedicated, and the service was impeccable. He dealt with any issues promptly and carefully. Parking in the center was very convenient, and the price included a beach umbrella at the Bussola lido. We'd be happy to return if we get the chance.

The owner was incredibly kind, and we had a very positive stay. The rooms were clean and had all the essentials, and the accommodation was excellent value. The price included private parking as well as a parking space in Vieste and beach access with two sun loungers and an umbrella.

We spent a week at the Residence and found the apartment cozy, very clean, and equipped with every comfort. It’s in a great spot, about a two-minute drive from the sea. Guests can park near the "La Bussola" beach club, where two lounge chairs and an umbrella are provided. Mr. Gino was friendly and ready to help with anything. We recommend it for a calm, relaxing stay.
