Villa Elisa

I came away grateful for Matteo and his family. My holiday was cut short when my husband was suddenly hospitalized, and the disruption caused me a lot of difficulty. They were incredibly patient and supportive through it all, and I want to thank them deeply. Tiziana and Angelo, we hope to see you again soon. The place itself is peaceful, set among old olive trees, with a short trip to the sea. It was exceptionally clean and had all the comforts we needed, plus a little vegetable garden guests could use. The owners' kindness really stood out.

The place had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday, and it was clean, quiet, and family-friendly. We stayed from August 10th to 24th and had a lovely time. I’d gladly choose Villa Elisa again if I return to Vieste, and recommend it to others.

We spent a fortnight as a couple in a first-floor studio, with a roomy terrace looking out over the olive groves. It was a lovely setting for meals, and the apartment was tidy and well arranged. Mr. Matteo was kind and ready to help whenever needed. Guests can also pick things from the small vegetable garden. We’d do it again.

Matteo is attentive and easy to reach, while still giving guests space. The sea and town center are both a reasonable distance away, and you can walk there if you like, though not in the evening. The grounds and apartments are cared for and well equipped. I stayed in one and also got a look at some others. It’s a peaceful spot, as other guests have said. One small idea: since they make and sell olive oil, a little welcome bottle on arrival, perhaps 0.25-0.50 cl at most, could be a nice touch and might prompt guests to buy some.
