Villa Mina By Napoliapartments

Do not book this place. The listing says three bedrooms, but there are only two, plus a broken sofa bed. Cleanliness was appalling, with bugs everywhere, and the interior felt worn out and dated, with broken things all over. People have complained before about the locks not working, and the problem still hasn't been fixed. We couldn't get into the apartment for over three hours after arriving, and nobody contacted us until the next day. We also lost all power and hot water. That took until the following day to fix, and even then there wasn't enough hot water for more than one shower. Napoliapartments gave terrible customer service when we asked for a late checkout. They first said they were fully booked, though they weren't, then tried to charge us €100. Given all the problems during our stay and that they had no bookings for the next few days, you'd think they'd offer it as a goodwill gesture. I won't stay here again and wouldn't recommend it.
