Sonne - Sole

The rooms were too cold for us. The temperature never went above 22°C on an interior wall, and by the bed near the window it stayed under 19°C. We reported it, but were told that was warm enough. The worst incident came when we went to the lounge with medication dissolved in a disposable cup. The receptionist yelled that we couldn’t bring our own drinks. We explained it was medicine, showed it to her, and even let her smell it, but she rudely turned her back and said she didn’t care. The staff’s hostile attitude really spoiled the vacation mood. We’re never staying here again.

The food was really good, and there’s a cute little spa too. Rooms could use some improvement, but they’re still cozy. A lovely hotel.

Free parking on site, and you’re close to the ski slopes. The food is amazing for the price. What’s not to like?

The cold jacuzzi water made it impossible to enjoy, and the heating didn’t work properly in every room, which is unacceptable on colder days. Staff were unfriendly and rude, and I often heard them talking about guests in a very disrespectful way. Even small things seemed to become problems for them. Sitting at a different table, or someone having coffee at another one, meant changing the tablecloth, which they treated like a major inconvenience. We’re here as a group of more than 20, but speaking for myself, I’ll never return or recommend this hotel. Anywhere else, just not here.
