We were coming from Sicily to Rome and just needed beds and a shower while in Limbo, so we didn't expect much. Civico7 and Fabio were a pleasant surprise. The rooms were generously sized, with a comfortable lounge just outside the suites. There was a breakfast room with coffee and packaged pastries, plus apples, bananas, and even lactose-free milk in the fridge. It's about four blocks uphill from the ferry port and train station. We managed fine with our bags, and traffic was light. We found a nice restaurant a block or two north. Anyone with limited mobility should know there are a few steps at the entrance. Staffing is light, so there can be a short wait for help.

For the price, it's hard to beat. You get a comfortable room for two with a bed and shower, plus free snacks throughout your stay. Probably the best value in the area.

We stayed here for a night on the way to Sicily. Check-in was easy, the room was just right, and the host was fantastic. We'd absolutely come back.

Fabio was especially helpful, and he speaks English, which made things much easier. The host gave us a warm, friendly welcome and helped with all our questions and little travel needs. The rooms were new, clean, and very comfortable. A great spot if you're continuing by ferry. Definitely recommend it.

Breakfast felt like we had a chef on hand just for our group, and the host even brought us Italian fairs while the six of us played cards in the shared kitchen. It's a fun boutique hotel, only a short walk from the train and ferry, with parking onsite. The four updated rooms are quiet, comfortable, and have all the amenities you'd expect. The host was incredibly welcoming. I can't say enough good things about this place.
